A complaint inspection was initiated on April 09, 2024 and completed on June 18, 2024 regarding concerns of staffing and supervision, and nutrition. Interviews with staff completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations cited resulting from this inspection.
