Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on October 22, 2024 and completed on October 24, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:14 am and ended at 1:15 pm The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and 7 staff supervision including administrative staff on site. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records onsite and electronically on October 24, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
