This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A complaint inspection was initiated on August 18, 2021 and concluded on August 23, 2021. A complaint was received by the department on July 30, 2021 regarding one allegation in the area of supervision.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation and the complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
