Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:40 pm -2:15 pm. There were 12 children ( 39 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed napping and arriving into care. Diapering procedures were also discussed. There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
