The provider shall ensure that a caregiver does not exceed 16 points by using the following point system to determine if an additional caregiver is needed:
The provider had had 24 points exceeding total allowed points of 16 points per caregiver. The caregiver was over by 8 points for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. ( 1:30 pm-2:45pm).
