Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/15/2022. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 5 children, totaling 19 points. The children were engaged in free play activities, song and dance time, art projects, playing outside, and eating lunch from home.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative records, children's records, background checks, programming, emergency preparedness, nutrition, and the physical plant.
