An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on November 25, 2024 and completed on December 3, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:30 pm and ended at 1:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 7. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 2 caregiver/household member(s) records on-sitre on Noember 25, 2024.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations.
