An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on November 17, 2025 and completed on November 19, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:50 pm and ended at 2:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
There were 5 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 15. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 5 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on November 17, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
