Inspector Notes
An annual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on March 3, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 3 children present for a total of 7 points with the Vendor and a household member. The home, records, and posted materials were observed. The Vendor has materials for the children. Violations were found with some of the subsidy health and safety requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Based on record review and interview, it was determined the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Evidence:
1. Last documented entry of a child's arrival was from November, 2022.
2. Vendor said she uses machine but the machine paper is low and has not written down attendance as child arrives and leaves.

Based on observation, it was determined the Vendor did not keep potentially poisonous substances out of reach of children.
