Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/20/24. The on-site inspection began at 2:45pm and ended at 3:10pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver record while on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the daycare areas of the home and interview. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on records reviewed, a caregiver did not obtain a TB screening/test every 2 years. Evidence: The TB test for Caregiver #1 was dated as completed 7/20/22.
Plan of Correction: Caregiver #1 reported that a TB test is scheduled for 8/21/24.
