An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/2/25. The on-site inspection began at 9:40amand ended at 10:28am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There was1 child present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 3. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 1 caregiver record while on-site. The inspection included document review, tour of the daycare areas of the home and interview. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
