Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/29/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 9:20am and ended at 11:25am. There were 5 staff with 18 children in 2 rooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed doing art projects, eating a morning snack, going for a walk and other activities. Children's records, staff records, the physical plant and programming were reviewed. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
