Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/6/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:45am and ended at 1:00pm. There were 6 staff with 23 children in 2 rooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed watching a movie, eating a snack (popcorn), eating lunch (pizza and fruit) and transitioning to naptime. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
