Inspector Notes
An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted on June 7, 2023. There were 59 children in care with 10 staff supervising. Infants were observed playing on their bellies, sitting up and playing with soft toys and being held by caregivers. Children were observed playing outside on the playground while being monitoring by staff. Transitions from the playground to the classroom were orderly and routine. Interactions between staff and children was deemed positive. The facility had ample materials for children at all age levels. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1Evidence: In the Pre K classroom, there is an area of peeling paint under the windowsill and outside in the hallway. These pose a safety hazard to children.
