A complaint investigation was conducted on 05/04/2022 in conjunction with the routine monitoring inspection with regards to a complaint of inappropriate staff and child interactions. Observations were completed and staff interviewed were conducted. Based on information gathered, it was determined that there was no evidence to support the allegations and that the complaint was deemed not valid.
