Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated on 8/28/2023 and concluded on 8/29/2023. The inspector was on site on 8/28/2023 from approximately 4:00pm-5:20 pm. There were 34 children present, ranging in ages from 5 to 9 years, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, nutrition and background checks. A total of 5 child records, 5 staff records, and 5 officer records were reviewed. Staff records were reviewed remotely on 8/29/2023.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
