Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).

A monitoring inspection was conducted to investigate a complaint regarding care, protection, and guidance. The investigation was initiated on December 14, 2021 and concluded on January 13, 2022. Staff interviews were conducted and documentation reviewed. There were no violations were issued as a result of this inspection due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
