Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 7/9/2025 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/3/2025 relating to allegations of forbidden actions, behavior guidance, physical plant and staff qualifications. The inspector reviewed 1 child records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document, tour of the facility and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
