A subsidy inspection was initiated on September 9, 2024 and concluded on September 9, 2024. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Based on observation and interview, the center did not ensure that the vendor shall maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Evidence:
1. The classrooms in the center only had an electronic record of attendance for the groups of children to document arrivals and departures.
2. Staff #1 confirmed that a written hard copy record of attendance as it occurred was not present in the classrooms.
