Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/28/2022 from 11:30AM to 12:10PM. 43 children were directly supervised by 10 staff. The physical space, 3 children's records, new staff records, evacuation drills and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications, cribs, daily sheets for infants, changing tables and labeled bottles were in compliance. Developmentally appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
