An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 9/30/2024 and completed on 9/30/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45am and ended at 12:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.There were forty-five children present with eight staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site.This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
