Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 08/27/2028, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:10 am and ended at 12:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 67 children present and 13 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included:

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the center did not ensure all diapering surfaces were nonabsorbent.
Evidence:
In the JR PS classroom the diapering surface was deteriorated exposing the inside absorbent foam material.
Plan of Correction: Resolved. A small rip was noticed on the mat during inspection. This was resolved by replacing the mat with a brand new one immediately following the inspection.
