An unannounced, on-site subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on 08/27/2028, as a part of licensure period. A monitoring inspection was conducted at the same time. The on-site inspection began at 10:10 am and ended at 12:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 67 children present and 13 staff.
