An unannounced inspection was initiated on 12/12/2024 and completed on 12/12/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 12/10/2024 relating to allegations of injuries and child abuse and neglect. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
