Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 02/06/2025. The on-site inspection began at 01:40 pm and ended at 3:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 86 children present and11 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
