Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 08/20/2025 and completed on 08/20/2025, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC).The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to behavioral guidance and forbidden action. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 am and ended at 11:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 79 children present and 14 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
