Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 1/6/22. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 5 children (6 points) present with 1 caregiver supervising. The children were observed engaged in free play. The provider has an abundance of books and toys for children to use. First aid supplies and emergency drill records were reviewed. 1 caregiver, 2 household member and 2 children's records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. For any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at mahrukh.aziz@doe.virginia.gov or 571-835-4718.

2. The provider stated that she had mailed the VA central registry form but never got the results. The provider did not conduct a follow up either.
