Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/1/24 from 2:30pm to 3:35pm. There were 8 children (16 points) in care of the provider. The children were observed in free play, handwashing before PM snack and eating snack. The snack included veggie chips and cookies. The family day was inspected to assess for compliance. Two children's records, 1 caregiver's record, emergency drill logs, attendance records and other daycare postings were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. For any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at mahrukh.aziz@doe.virginia.gov or 571-835-4718.
