Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted Tuesday, January 10, 2023. The licensing inspector was onsite, completing the inspection from approximately 2:00pm to 4:00pm. There were 17 children present, ranging in ages from 11 months to 4 years, with four staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children's records and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations
2Evidence:
1. The record for Staff #1 (Date of employment 11/01/2022) contained a negative TB screening dated 08/12/2022.
2. The documentation was required to be completed within the last 30 calendar days of the date of employment.
Evidence:
A container of disinfecting wipes was sitting on top of a cabinet in the hallway bathroom. Multiple cleaning products were inside of the cabinet. The cabinet was unlocked. The Threes and Fours children were observed using the bathroom during the inspection.
