During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 7/23/2025 and completed on 7/23/2025. The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to background checks, physical plant, administrations, special services, and special care provisions and emergencies. The on-site inspection began at 10:25am and ended at 12:!5pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 14 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
