Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/18/2024 and completed on 12/18/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 11:05 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children present and five staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site on 12/18/2024.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations .
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
