Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and concluded on 6/21/23. There were 61 children present with 12 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a review of records, records may be kept electronically except attendance, which must be a written hard copy.
Evidence:
The attendance in the Ocean room did not accurately reflect the children in the room. The written hard copy did not document children's arrival and departure as it occurred. At 10:50 AM the attendance sheet reflected 8 children. There were 9 children present in the room. Staff stated they take attendance "on the hour". 1 child arrived after the 9:00 and 10:00 times, and was not recorded on the sheet.
