Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on 8/15/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/24/2024 relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 3 staff records as part of the monitoring inspection dated 8/15/2024. This inspection included:
? document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms),
? tour of the facility,
? interviews,
? observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.)
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
