Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated March 10, 2025 and completed on March 11,2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:40pm and ended at 5:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 41 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records onsite and three staff records electronically on March 11, 2025.
This inspection included document, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
