Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/10/2025 and completed on 09/11/2025. The on-site inspection began at 4:00pm and ended at 5:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 36 children present with three staff.
The inspector reviewed five children?s on-site and three staff records electronically on 09/11/2025.
This inspection included document, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
