Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/26/2022 and concluded on 8/26/2022. There were a total of 7 children, including 2 of providers ( 21 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: outside play, play dough, napping and matching games. The home, 3 children records, 3 caregiver/household member records evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. Carbon monoxide detector was in the wall. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
