Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on February 1, 2024, from 9:50am-10:45am. At the time of entrance, ( 12 ) children , including 1 of providers child, (30 ) points were in care with ( 2 ) caregivers present. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member records. Children were observed during morning circle time, handwashing and snack. No medications were on site. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.

Based on a review of 3 children records, 2 records did not have parents signed acknowledgement that the emergency contact information was updated annually.
Evidence: Child #2, first day of attendance 9/7/2021 last annual emergency information contact was dated 7/11/2022.
Child #3, first date of attendance 8/15/2022, no annual update of emergency information was documented.
Plan of Correction: Provider will have parents review the information contact information and make any necessary changes.
