Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/6/2024. At the time of entrance, 2 daycare children and 2 household children were in care with the provider. The record sample size consisted of 2 children's records and the provider's record and the household member's record. The children in care were observed engaging with the provider, participating in outdoor play. There have been no injuries since the last inspection and no medications are being administered at this time. Areas of noncompliance are noted in the violation narrative and were discussed with the provider during the exit meeting at the conclusion of the inspection.
