Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 02/25/2026, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 1:45 pm and ended at 2:40 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were three children present, and 1 caregiver; the point total was 1. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver
member(s) records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, measurements. A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing
standards were reviewed during this SHSI. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
