This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/08/21 and concluded on 10/13/2021. The director was contacted by phone and virtual inspection was conducted. There were 14 preschool age children present, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and three staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
