Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 03/22/2023 between the hours of approximately 11:15 am and 1:50 pm. There were 12 children present, ranging in ages from 9 months to 4 years for 37 points, with 3 staff supervising. Children and staff were observed while getting ready to go out for outside play, transitioning to lunch and transitioning to naptime.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 5 staff/household members records were reviewed. Training hours for all four caregivers are in excess of the required 16 hours of annual training required. The entire physical space of the family day home was also reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
