Areas Reviewed

A renewal inspection was conducted on 02/21/2024 between the hours of approximately 9:00 am and 10:25 am. There were 10 children present, ranging in ages from 15 months to 4 years (26 points), with 2 caregivers supervising. Children were observed while dancing and exercising to music, handwashing and eating snack.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There was no medication on site today. A total of 2 child records and 5 staff/household members records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence:
1) On the date of inspection, the record for Child #2 did not contain the policy number of the child's medical insurance.
Plan of Correction: Corrected. The parent provided the policy number and the Provider included it in the child's record.
