An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 4/21/2025 and completed on 4/22/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:40 am and ended at 11:55 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 35 children present with 11 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
