Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 29 2022 between 10:15am and 11:15am. There were 44 children in the direct care of 8 staff members. Children were observed doing art projects, washing hands, and being walked through the center. One violation was observed during the inspection and listed on the violation notice.
