Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 4, 2023 between 1:15pm and 2:15pm. The children were napping throughout the inspection. A review of child records, emergency drills, medication procedures, first aid kits, the fire inspection, and the physical plan was conducted. Citations are located on the violation notice page. Based on direct observation, the center did not have all of the required first aid kit items.

Evidence: The first aid kit did not contain more than 1 triangular bandage and also did not contain a First Aid instructional manual.
