Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 12 2023 between 12:00pm and 1:30pm. There were 64 children in the care of 16 teachers. Children were observed preparing for nap time, washing hands, and napping. A review of the child records, staffing records, ratios, physical space, and classrooms was conducted. Based on observation and attendance review, the center did not ensure that they did not exceed the maximum number of children in care.

Evidence: The center is licensed for 50 children. At the time of inspection there were 64 children in care. The center reduced the number to the maximum capacity number by the next day.
