Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 14 2024 between 10:00am and 11:00am. There were 49 children in the direct care of 10 staff members. Children were observed washing hands, building, having pretend play, reading, and having 1 on 1 assessments. Staff records, child records, emergency drills, and the physical plant was reviewed and inspected. Citations are listed on the violation notice. Based on observation, the center did not ensure that hazardous substances such as cleaning materials were kept locked using a safe locking method.

Evidence: In the Toddler B classroom, various cleaning supplies are located on the top of the cubbies, in a plastic bin.
