Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A complaint inspection was initiated on 06/22/2021 and concluded on07/15/2021. A complaint incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of housekeeping/sanitation, staff ratios, and staff quality and training. The director or in-charge person was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector emailed the director a list of documentation required to complete the investigation and three staff interviews were completed.

The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid". There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
