Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 03/05/2026 and completed on 03/12/2026 The on-site inspection began at 10:00 AM and ended at 12:00 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 90 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 7 staff records onsite. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI, and this single inspection report reflects findings related to licensing standards and subsidy standards.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

A can of disinfectant wipes with warning labels, ?Keep out of reach of children,? were unlocked in the four-year-old classroom, not within reach of children.
Plan of Correction: The wipes will be removed and locked during the inspection.
