Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/18/2022. The provider was contacted by Zoom and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children in care during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records, 1 caregiver record, 1 household member record, and 2 pet records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
